The adventure of Boxxie starts now! Join and help the search for the re-shaper so that Boxxie can become more than just a simple square. With the help of adaptive gravity it is your job to make sure that Boxxie reaches their goal. During the journey you will be tested on your speed, logic and skill.

Story
Boxxie was a simple cube who wasn’t quite content with their existence. Day in and day out they pondered on what it meant to be a cube, if being a cube was all they had hoped for.

Deep down Boxxie knew that this label that the geometric world had put on them simply did not stick.
Boxxie had gone their whole life believing that they were meant to be a cube. One day, however, a triangle appeared out of a portal and explained the truth about the geometric world, how everything was not what it seemed. The shape you have does not define you, nothing is for certain, not even gravity.

The triangle made their exit and a new reinvigorated Boxxie was now ready to face the geometric world. The triangle had told Boxxie of some truth pertaining to the geometric worlds, although time was of the essence and the triangle had to leave before he was caught.

As Boxxie traversed the geometric worlds more and more strange things began to happen and when she met back up with the triangle once more he told her something was coming, before being attacked, where they were again separated. Gravity was falling apart all around.

Boxxie is a story of overcoming labels and simply existing the way you would want to. You will interact with other shapes on your way to the re-shaper who will perhaps change Boxxie’s way of thinking, and perhaps You and Boxxie will change theirs.

Gameplay
The game builds on gravity that changes when you touch a surface. When you touch a wall, that will now become the ground for you. By using this system of traversal you will have to carefully find your way around the map to be able to finish its challenges.

You can move Boxxie by dragging your finger on the screen in order to launch Boxxie in the opposite direction, like a slingshot.By combining these defining movement mechanics with specifically designed levels, Boxxie allows for a high level of player skill expression. You are encouraged to think about how and where you jump, how gravity affects you, and how the level itself affects you.

Mobile games have a tendency to feel dissatisfying and clunky for players, which is why Boxxie is designed with player experience in mind at every turn. The player should be quite certain of where they will end up when jumping. It should not feel unfair, nor like your progression is random when you play.
