This official mobile application guides you through the centuries of Dubrovnik's maritime history with the help of an audio guide and augmented reality (AR).

Audio guide
Listen to narrations in Croatian and English that bring the museum's most important objects closer to you through audio content, explain the context and reveal the stories behind the exhibits. Each part of the exhibition is enriched with photos, texts and video materials for a deeper understanding of Dubrovnik's maritime heritage.

Augmented Reality (AR)
Find special floor triggers in selected locations in the museum. When you scan them with the device's camera, captains in costumes will come to life in front of you, narrating in short video clips about their past and maritime exploits. AR technology allows history to merge with the present, creating an unforgettable experience.

A personalized experience
The application is installed with the basic content, and after selecting the language, it automatically downloads the necessary audio and video files from the server. This ensures optimal application size and access to a rich multimedia guide without loading the device. All data is stored locally, so you can use the guide offline during your visit to the museum.
