About ASIFlex Self Service

ASIFlex Self Service mobile application allows you as an ASIFlex participant to sign in to your account.

The mobile application is designed to allow you to file a new claim or complete unfinished claim(s). You can attach documentation to your claim simply by taking a picture with your smartphone or tablet or choosing an existing picture from your gallery.

You can also view information regarding your account(s) including:

• Your annual election amount(s);
• The remaining balance in your account(s);
• Payments from and contributions to your account(s);
• Previously submitted claims;
• Unfinished claims; and
• Other activity on your account.
