Despite we made sure that app supports most of the mobile devices and versions of Android. Due to some device specific issues, the app may not recording some of the incoming or else outgoing calls which no one can do anything as it depends upon the device support.

Which version of Audio format I need to choose?

We have set voice communication for 8 and above version and a default version for 7 and below versions which working fine in most of the devices tested.

My calls were not getting recorded?

If in case, your calls were not being recorded. Go to settings and try to change Audio source and do check out.
