About SIGP SAÚDE MOBILE

In this sense, the application acts as a work tool, aimed at collecting information, and what is contained in its files is not our responsibility, given the mere functionality of collecting and passing on data. We also emphasize that all information/data processed in the application will not be available/accessible to the common user, only to the ACS linked to the contracting entities, therefore it is their responsibility to screen this information.
OPERATION:
SIGP SAÚDE MOBILE is a module of the SIGP SAÚDE system, focused on use by Community Health Agents (ACS) in the municipality, who can contract the system for local health management.
All data collected by the ACS through SIGP SAÚDE MOBILE is sent to the SIGP SAÚDE system, previously installed and configured for the municipality through a contract.
When installing the application, the CNPJ of the municipality to which the ACS is linked is requested, so the use of the mobile application depends on prior authorization of access to the SIGP SAÚDE system.
The visual interface of this application aims to make filling out forms easier than using paper forms.
With this application, ACS can work online or offline, collecting data through the following features:
- Individual Registration;
- Household Registration;
- Home Visit;
- Geolocation of patients/homes and agent activities;
- Synchronization of registrations with the municipal database;
Through integration with the web system, the municipal health manager has access to data produced by health agents, centrally in the municipality.
Subsequently, the data is made available to the local health manager and sent to the e-SUS system, as described on its integration page https://aps.saude.gov.br/ape/esus/integracao
