About Conecta RBS

Through the Conecta RBS app, citizens can access services and information without having to go to the City Hall, such as: issuing IPTU (property tax) payment slips, issuing and tracking processes/protocols, consulting tenders, etc.

Benefits to citizens

Multi-account: allows individuals and legal entities linked to the municipality to use the same app to access their services.

Multi-profile: once the user is identified (by CPF/CNPJ), services are automatically grouped by profile. This allows, for example, a public employee to access with their CPF and view services for both ordinary citizens and public servants.

Single service platform: the available services are an extension of the Rio Branco do Sul Citizen Portal; therefore, the same login (CPF/CNPJ and password) used via the web, through the browser on the official website, can be used to access the app.

Anonymous Login: Access is possible without identification, allowing access to certain services such as: company lookup, authenticity of payroll receipts (HR payroll), and bidding process inquiries.

User data will only be sent to the municipality upon request for access (registration). After the data is submitted, the municipality will analyze it and, once approved, access to the service will be granted.

If the user already has access, simply enter their CPF/CNPJ and password (or recover their password) to log in, or use anonymous mode.
