The App is a digital health app that allows you to keep your health information at hand, securely, conveniently, and fully under your control.

With it, you can:

•Record personal data and health information, such as weight, height, and ongoing medications;
•Track measurement history and notes;
•Access appointment scheduling and keep track of your appointments in a simple and organized way;
•Receive appointment and care reminders;
•Access general guidance on well-being and self-care.

⚙️ No external devices required

The app works independently of any equipment or sensor. The use of external devices (such as blood pressure monitors or oximeters) is optional and merely complements the user experience, should they wish to integrate their measurements with the app.

The App does not replace professional advice, does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatments, and does not provide medical services. Its purpose is to facilitate the recording, organization, and access to health information and appointments, promoting personal care and continuity of information across different care settings.
