The Holy Bible is a collection of sacred books written at different times by different authors. All the books have been divided into chapters, generally a page. Each chapter is divided into verses of one line or sentence.

The Old Testament has 39 books and 929 chapters and is divided into Pentateuch, Historical books, Poetic books, Major Prophets and Minor prophets.

The New Testament has 27 books and 260 chapters.
