About TaxBot BD - One Tap Tax Return

This app will provide individual Tax-related FAQs, calculate Income Tax, and make your Tax Return (pdf) based on the data. There is a quote, "You're born free, then you're taxed to death." So, tax is mandatory for all of us as we are citizens of a nation. It's our responsibility to provide tax regularly as per our income. Whether you are liable to pay tax or not, it’s better to ensure you are tax-compliant. Recently, the Bangladesh Government set a policy of mandatory tax return submission, if you have TIN or taxable income or met any other criteria mentioned in the tax policy. So, without proper tax information, it may cause your tax penalties. In the FAQ section of this app, you will get general guidelines on why you should prepare the tax return and what are the basic criteria you have to consider so that you can avoid penalties imposed by the Deputy Commissioner of Tax (DCT).
