The GrowthPlot app plots length (cm), weight (kg), head circumference (cm) and weight-for-length for children (0–24 months of age for WHO, 0–36 months for CDC); and it plots height (cm), weight (kg) and body-mass index (kg/m²) for children (2–19 years of age for WHO, 2–20 years for CDC). Plots for WHO are made using the WHO Growth Charts for Canada, March 2014 revision; these data and graphs are available at <whogrowthcharts.ca>. Plots for CDC are made using the 2000 CDC Growth Charts; these data are available at <cdc.gov/growthcharts>. Please note that the CDC now recommends the use of the WHO growth standards for infants 0–2 years of age. You can save growth charts generated by this app to your device for later use. You can also share growth charts as PNG image files via e-mail or text, suitable for use in publications or presentations.
On this screen, you choose between starting with a blank chart (specifying the age and sex of the child whose measurements are to be plotted) or using a previously saved chart.
