The app welcomes the user with a home screen were they can read a paragraph of how important is it to breathe correctly in relation to your health, below that the user can start the exercise by pressing on the start button. Steps of the 478 Breathing Exercise: The first step is to inhale for 4 seconds, the second step is to hold your breath for 7 seconds. Lastly, breathe out through your mouth for 8 seconds, After the user is done with the exercise, they can view breathing video tutorials for different situations, such as to feel calm, feel less anxious. Furthermore, there are other breathing technique tutorials to allow the user to increase their knowledge on breathing techniques.
