myHRM is human resource management software for Vietnamese businesses. Employees clock in, submit requests, and view payslips on their phones. Managers approve requests, finalize payroll, and manage human resources all within the same application.

CLOCK IN
- Facial recognition, QR code scanning, GPS location verification, office Wi-Fi identification, or manual entry. Each office can choose its own method.

- QR codes change continuously over time, so they cannot be captured for proxy clocking.

- Supports multiple shifts per day, overnight shifts, and clocking in by time slot.

- Monthly work schedule, clocking history, daily clock-in and clock-out times.

- Organizational chart by department, with the ability to create individual files and work schedules.

RECRUITMENT
- Track candidates step-by-step, review applications, and recruit and invite them to the system via email. Personnel profiles are automatically created when candidates receive invitation letters.

MEETINGS
- Create meeting schedules, select meeting rooms, invite participants, take attendance, and open online meeting links.

- View company assets assigned to you, report damage or loss directly on the application.
