About myFNB - Đặt bàn, Gọi món

myFNB is a management and service application for restaurants, cafes, and eateries. Owners, staff, and customers all use the same app.

FOR CUSTOMERS
Scan the QR code placed on the table to access the restaurant's menu, including images, prices, and options for each dish. Order directly from your phone, select variations and additional items, add notes for the kitchen, and call a waiter when needed. Enter your member phone number to earn points if the restaurant has a loyalty program. No account creation required.

SALES AND SERVICE
- Sales screen: Open tables, take orders, change orders, split and combine bills, apply discounts, collect cash or bank transfer, print receipts via a Bluetooth-connected thermal printer.

- Table layout: See which tables are empty, which are being served, and which are waiting to be cleared on a single screen.

- Kitchen screen: Order slips go directly to the kitchen and bar, and the cook reports back up when the dish is ready.

- Service Request: Customers call from their table, staff receive the request immediately on their phone.

- Table Reservation: Receive reservations and schedule tables according to time slots.

- Delivery: Create delivery orders, assign drivers, and track their routes.

MONEY AND REPORTING
- Cashier Shift: Record cash at the beginning of the shift, record cash inflows and outflows, end the shift, and compare the actual cash count with the machine's data.

- Cash Collection Log: Track the money collected by drivers from customers and return it to the restaurant.

- Reports: Revenue by day, by item, by staff member, and by payment method.

- Revenue Protection: Set discount limits based on roles, close the books after the shift ends, and immediately notify the owner when a paid order is canceled or a refund is received.

- The application continues to operate even during internet outages and automatically resynchronizes when the internet connection is restored.

MANAGE YOUR RESTAURANT RIGHT ON YOUR PHONE
- Menu and dishes, additional dish groups, areas and tables, branches, staff and permissions, print QR codes for each table, opening hours, surcharges and taxes.

- Inventory: inventory by branch, ingredient quantities for each dish, order receipts, batch and expiration dates, inventory checks and discrepancies.

Each staff member only sees their own tasks: cashiers see payments, kitchen staff see order slips, servers take orders at tables. Permissions are set by the owner and checked on the server, not just hidden on the interface.

The application is free. Restaurants can register to use the service on our website.
