TRAUDE is an innovative app designed to easily record tasks, forward them to the relevant departments, and track their progress.

TRAUDE helps make workflows in municipalities more efficient and transparent. Tasks for various departments such as public works, childcare, or the municipal office can be easily recorded and tracked in a comprehensible manner. The TRAUDE Story
Mayors and/or municipal managers constantly receive requests/problems from citizens or notice things that need to be addressed during their tours of the municipality. Currently, recording and internal forwarding within the municipality are mostly done via WhatsApp, email, social media postings, or the "telephone game." Often, something gets lost in the process, or tasks remain incomplete, and the mayor or municipal manager is left unaware of the task's status. It becomes problematic when liability issues are involved (e.g., broken playground equipment, damaged roads, missing curbstones, dead trees, etc.). This is precisely why we developed TRAUDE.
TRAUDE is not only for teams in municipalities but also for schools and companies, where tasks and problems continuously arise and need to be sustainably recorded, assigned, and resolved.
