SIGAR is the Integrated Road Accident Management System, developed for the Traffic and Road Safety Directorate (DTSER) of the Angolan National Police.
The application supports the registration, monitoring, and coordination of road accidents, connecting citizens, field agents, and operational centers on a single platform.
