About Stravax Engage

Stravax Engage puts your team's WhatsApp Business inbox and sales pipeline in your pocket. It is the mobile companion to the Stravax Engage platform: sign in with your existing workspace account and pick up conversations exactly where the web app left off.

INBOX
- See every open conversation on your connected WhatsApp Business number, with All, Mine and Unassigned views.
- Live updates: new customer messages appear in the open conversation in real time.
- The 24-hour reply window is always visible, with a countdown on every conversation.
- Reply with free text inside the window. Outside it, send one of your approved message templates, including templates with variables you fill in before sending.
- Quick replies: type "/" to insert your team's saved responses.
- View images, play voice notes (with transcripts where available) and open documents your customers send.
- Add internal notes your customer never sees, tag conversations, assign them to teammates, and resolve with your team's wrap-up fields.

CONTACTS
- The full contact card for every conversation: profile, custom fields, tags and consent status at a glance.

CRM
- Your sales pipeline, grouped by stage and built for a phone screen.
- Move leads between stages. Marking a lead converted records the deal value.
- Lead timeline, notes, owner assignment and quick edits.

NOTIFICATIONS
- Native push notifications for new customer messages, only on devices where you are signed in, and only when you do not already have the conversation open elsewhere.
- Tap a notification to land directly in the conversation.

SECURITY
- Sign in with your email and password, an authenticator code if your account uses two-factor authentication, or a one-time email code on new devices.
- Google sign-in is supported for accounts that use it.
- Remember trusted devices for 30 days. Signing out or changing your password signs the device out everywhere and stops its notifications.

Stravax Engage is for teams already using the Stravax Engage platform. You need a workspace account to sign in; there is no self-serve signup inside the app.
