iAppliance App connects the field to the vehicle.
The iAppliance App is the companion for iAppliance HDOBD devices, supporting heavy-duty vehicle diagnostics, fleet deployment, and regulatory-grade data workflows.
Use the app to provision devices, relay vehicle data, and manage field updates without adding unnecessary complexity for drivers, installers, or fleet teams.
What the app does
Provision devices
Scan the HDOBD device QR code, connect over Bluetooth, confirm the vehicle, enter fleet details, and register the device to the correct customer and vehicle.
Relay data
The app transfers logs and vehicle data files from nearby HDOBD units to the cloud. Once a device is installed, the app is designed to operate quietly in the background when data is ready to send.
Support field operations
View nearby devices, Bluetooth signal strength, connection state, transfer progress, firmware information, configuration status, and app logs for support and troubleshooting.
Manage updates
Apply device firmware updates in the field so HDOBD units can continue to improve after deployment.
iAppliance HDOBD performs the vehicle-side data capture. The app provides the installer and fleet-user bridge for setup, data relay, diagnostics support, and updates.
Requires iAppliance HDOBD hardware and an authorized iAppliance account.
